Stan has been a Lethbridge realtor for 43 years, and, as an instructor at Lethbridge College from 1990 until 2015, has trained many of the current realtors in the area,  providing licensing courses continuing education to all current local REALTORS®.

 

Stan specializes in Commercial, Condominium, Residential and Farm and Acreage real estate.

Highly respected in the community for his volunteerism, he served on the Lethbridge Real Estate Board for 14 years including three terms as its president. In 2012 he was appointed to the Board of the Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA), and in 2015 he was appointed to the Board of the Provincial Regulator (RECA). 

 

He has served on various committees of the Social Housing in Action with the City of Lethbridge (SHIA) from 1999-2017. He has also been president of The Original Lethbridge Business Breakfast Club and served many years as its secretary treasurer. 

 

In 2009 he received an Honorary Life Membership to the Lethbridge and District Association of REALTORS® (LDAR). He has also received the “Realtor of the Year” award from the Lethbridge Real Estate Board as well as being honored with a Life membership to the Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA) in 2019.

 

He established the very successful Sun City Realty Ltd. in 1995 until recently, when he entered into a partnership with two members of a very dynamic real estate team, Scott Lowater and Taya O'Donnell from Red Door YQL, and rebranded his brokerage to Onyx Realty Ltd, significantly expanding the number of agents in their brokerage.
