12 of the 17 available lots have sold in the short time that Edgemoor has been developed. At any given time, there are several families coming back again and again, trying to decide when to purchase, and then the lot they really wanted suddenly sells. Lot 11 has just sold, and an offer on Lot 10 has come in.
If you are serious about investing in a lot, we would recommend walking out on any of them to where your future residence might be built. There you will see stunning views of the mountains and/or river valley. But come several times, especially when the mountains are in clear view (from any lot). And at different times of the day, to catch the ever-changing light patterns on the landscape, especially during sunrises and sunsets.
One other current item: It has been wonderful living out here in nature, yet so close to amenities, during the COVID crisis.
