Christmas arrived in Edgemoor, with an abundance of snow to enhance the magnificent scenery.

Three Edgemoor property owners have built their new homes, three more to start, one in a few weeks.

A new residence, an infill, on Sunrise Road was completed a few weeks ago (the second on this road by Stonegate Design/Build). It has beautiful lines.

The pond is now a skating rink! Some of the Edgemoor residents are having a great deal of fun this season. We took a Polaris Ranger down into the area with a large rain barrel, a hose, and a wide broom, and touched up the pond ice. In the dark. Dedication.

The views of the mountains are quite stunning, especially in the mornings. We are able too early see planets because of the clarity of the night skies and very little light pollution.
